Why Our Graduates Stand Out
While most teacher training focuses on teaching a standard set of exercises, our programme goes far beyond:

  • Special Populations Expertise: In-depth strategies for ante/postnatal clients, chronic illness, older adults, joint replacements, cognitive decline, to fibromyalgia.

  • Musculoskeletal Clinical Knowledge: From sacroiliac dysfunction to spinal stenosis, rotator cuff injuries to knee pain, you’ll understand why a client presents as they do, and how to adapt movement for them.

  • On-the-Spot Adaptation Skills: Learn to instantly modify exercises when a client experiences discomfort, so they remain included, safe, and engaged.

  • Athlete-Specific Programming: Tailor Pilates for sport performance, injury prevention, and return-to-play protocols.

  • Integrated Rehabilitation Principles: Understand your scope of practice, collaborate with health professionals, and confidently integrate rehab clients into group settings.
